The Villa Group has been in business for more than 20 years and has timeshare properties located in Nueva Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Sierra Madre, and Puerto Vallarta. There is also a new resort opening soon in Loreto, the Villa Del Palmar, which should have it’s first phase completed in 2010. The Villa del Palmar located in Puerto Vallarta was the first timeshare resort for The Villa Group. Since then their number of properties has increased to 11, with CSL Country Club being an affiliate of theirs as well. All of the suites offered by The Villa Group contain a fully equipped kitchenette, a private balcony, and access to 24-hour In-Suite Service. Each resort offers one or more pools, a full spa, gym, marketplace, jacuzzi, kid’s program, and internet cafe. Each resort also has bilingual staff members to make you feel at home and help you enjoy your stay as much as possible.
The Villa Group has won several awards for it’s properties. Villa La Estancia located in Nuevo Vallarta recently won the AAA Four Diamond Award. The company has also received the Golden Apple Award from Apple Vacations and the Golden Crown Award from RCI.
