Perennial Vacation Club is unique among timeshare resorts in that it is not only member-owned, but member-managed as well. This means it is a Not-for Profit Organization and all fees go directly into operations and maintenance.
The club’s 10,000 members elect a board of directors who appoint a president. The current president is Judge Lawrence H. Wayne who has been a Perennial Vacation Club member since 1983.
Perennial Vacation Club takes great pride in the fact that it is in business entirely for the enjoyment of its members. The club states that its mission is to “create vacations that enrich members’ lives”.
Perennial Vacation Club is also unique in that, as a member, you are not locked into a specific location or week, but can travel when and where you want.
Perennial Vacation Club’s resort properties include:
Bandera Homestead, Texas
