Consolidated Resorts originated in Hawaii in 1980. Since then this timeshare company has expanded to own thirteen different properties in three different states. Nine of these resorts are spread out on the big island of Hawaii and Maui, three resorts are in Las Vegas, and one is in Orlando, Florida.
In 2000 two management companies emerged to manage the units for Consolidated Resorts. These companies are Consolidated Resorts Management and Soleil Management. These two sister companies manage the whole of Consolidated Resorts and are responsible for over 2,300 timeshare units. To take on this massive task, the companies employ around 750 employees.
Consolidated Resorts became an innovator in the timeshare industry when they first introduced two bedroom timeshares with two lock-offs. This ingenious act transformed the units into two one bedroom suites on each side allowing owners to get two condominiums for the price of one.
As Consolidated Resorts continues to expand its luxurious properties, it continues to provide its owners with wonderful vacation opportunities. Timeshare owners can even experience the hospitality of the Tahiti Village in Las Vegas without even using their ownership time. Consolidated Resorts continues to construct new resort properties for owners and potential owners to enjoy.
